1. One of the Colored Witches, this cloaked man is tasked with keeping alive the art of Therugy.

2. Unfortunately, he was an atheist (Sort of. It was more like 'there's so many people who claim to be gods that there might as well be none'). He still studies it out of obligation, and eventually grew a genuine liking to reading the books of mythology. Still not much belief, though, so his wand is of no use to him.

3. Instead, he uses an arsenal of firearms to fight. Under sufficient pressure, they are able to fire shots empowered with a divine energy. He usually carries an M1911, but they sometimes carries a revolver. Both of them are surprisingly effective against monsters.

4. He lives in what he calls 'the city'; a technological miracle compared to the likes of Trouble Inspector and the Brown Witch's hometown. He mostly stays there becasue it's the only place that knows how to fix his other firearms.
